Position Overview:

Elite Paradigm is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team to support our public sector clients.  The role is a part of the IT Operations, Development, Modernization, and Enhancement Team.

Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Perform advanced DCGS-A operator training and basic maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics in relation to the DCGS-A IFS stacks and Portable Multi-Function Workstations (P-MFWS)
  • Provide instruction on basic and advanced toolsets
  • Provide troubleshooting and basic software updates for client systems and report on-site problems
  • Attend unit and client training meetings
  • Provide information on a weekly basis describing the efforts performed and locations serviced by contractor.
  • Provide recommendations on systems interoperability, architecture, system configuration and impacts to training support/participation in unit’s operations and exercises.
  • Provide technical services and support that reinforces the users’ and staffs understanding of system tools and applications and how they integrate into the process with other command systems.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree

Required Experiences:

  • Trainer will have a minimum of 6 years verifiable experience in configuring/administering and training
  • Experience maintaining/repairing equipment.
  • Trainer must be a intelligence subject matter expert with tactical and/or strategic intelligence analyst experience;

Required Clearance:

  • Must possess an Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
  • Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification
